What will you be doing? Producing handcrafted bread using traditional baking methods. Preparing and handling dough, ensuring correct proofing and fermentation. Shaping bread by hand and managing the baking process to achieve the right texture, colour and quality. Working collaboratively to meet production targets without compromising standards. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Supporting stock rotation and ensuring ingredients are stored and handled correctly. What you will need to succeed: Experience producing handcrafted bread using traditional techniques. Desirable not essential Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment and keen to learn A keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality products. A reliable, organised and positive approach to work.
