Creating an inviting Food Hall with outstanding product displays. Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty. Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships. Driving sales, controlling costs and maximising profit. Introducing exciting products, seasonal displays and promotions. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and retail standards. What we re looking for: Retail management experience, ideally in a farm shop, deli, food hall or speciality food business. A genuine passion for quality food and local produce. A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail. Excellent customer service and organisational skills. What s on offer?
