Food and drink are an important part of the visitor experience, with multiple catering outlets serving guests throughout the year.They are now looking for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team and continue driving standards across the department.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced Food and Beverage operation.Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and outstanding food safety standards.This is a hands-on management role where you''ll lead by example, support your team during busy service periods and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless visitor experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operation across multiple Food and Beverage outlets.Inspire, coach and develop a large team to deliver consistently high standards.Ensure excellent customer service is at the heart of every visitor interaction.Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.Monitor stock control, ordering and wastage to maximise profitability.Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, visitor satisfaction and commercial ..... full job details .....
