Regional Trainer - Food and Drink Manufacturing Location: Home / Field-Based - ChichesterSalary: £29,064.42Contract: Permanent, Full-Time We''re working with a leading training provider to recruit a Regional Trainer to deliver apprenticeship programmes within the Food and Drink Manufacturing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production or manufacturing professional who is looking to move into a training role, using their industry knowledge to support the next generation of manufacturing talent. You''ll work with apprentices across a range of employer sites, delivering training, coaching and assessment both face-to-face and remotely, supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. The Role As a Regional Trainer, you''ll manage your own caseload and diary, visiting apprentices in their workplace and helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering teaching, learning and assessment against relevant apprenticeship standards. Supporting apprentices through to successful completion, including Maths and English where required. Visiting learners at their place of work and building strong relationships with employers and workplace mentors. Managing your own diary, caseload and travel to ensure learners remain on track.
