Lead stock control activities, including monthly inventory reconciliations and waste analysis, to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Evaluate purchasing activities, supplier invoices, and procurement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Administer and support POS, inventory, and procurement systems, maintaining data accuracy and operational integrity. Collaborate with Finance and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, audits, and performance analysis.You, our next FandB ControllerPrevious experience in a Food and Beverage Control, Cost Control or Finance role within hospitality or hotel environments.Strong understanding of stock control, purchasing processes, financial reporting and cost managementExperience using POS, procurement, and inventory systems.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awarenessA ..... full job details .....
