Food and Beverage Manager - West Sussex Food and Beverage Manager Avisford Park Hotel, West Sussex Job Description Avisford Park Hotel is located within 60 acres of grounds with 140 bedrooms, 15 meeting rooms and a fully equipped gym and leisure club and golf course for guests to enjoy, something for everyone. The Role of Food and Beverage Manager The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction whether at breakfast, lunch, dinner or function. You will ensure that there is a warm welcome into any of the areas that our guests are in and that a memorable experience is created through genuine hospitality and interaction. Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests. A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great Beverage delivery and effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity. The Food and Beverage Manager will ensure that they are fully aware of all business and that they and their team are prepared for the day, shift or event.
