Overseeing multiple on-site venues to include a 150 cover restaurant, pub service, room service and event catering. Overseeing a team of up to 14 staff you will be an effective leader with business acumen. Core duties as follows; Develop key operational procedures Train and develop your team Staff scheduling Contribution to both bar and restaurant menu content Control costs in line with budgetary Maximise revenue opportunities. Monitor and supervise team providing training and encouragement. People Maintain good working relationships Complete all mandatory training on time.
