We''re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our catering operation at the stunning RSPB South Stack Nature Reserve. As Food and Beverage Manager, you''ll play a key role in ensuring our café delivers a welcoming, high-quality experience while supporting the RSPB''s mission to protect nature. About the role and what you will be doing Managing the day-to-day operation of the visitor centre café. Leading, motivating, and developing a team of paid staff and volunteers. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times. Driving sales, profitability, and commercial performance. Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and compliance. Monitoring financial performance and managing budgets effectively.
