Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage Manager We are seeking an experienced, energetic and commercially minded Food and Beverage Manager to lead our catering operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all food and beverage outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing costs, developing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of food and beverage services during public skating sessions, ice hockey fixtures, corporate events, private functions and special events. During quieter trading periods and the off-season, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider Duty Management team with the overall operation of the site, helping to ensure a safe, efficient and customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Food and Beverage Operations Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, including cafés, kiosks, bars and event catering. Drive sales growth and profitability through effective commercial management. Monitor and control stock levels, wastage, purchasing and gross profit margins. Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service. Manage staffing levels and labour costs in line with business demands. Recruit, train, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement. Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health and Safety and licensing regulations.
