Food and Beverage Manager Outskirts of Sudbury (CO10) Up to £40K DOE Live In Available Our prestigious client, a leading Hotel and Restaurant on the outskirts of Sudbury is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their busy team. This Luxury Hotel and Restaurant is a 4 facility, catering for romantic dinners, tourists visiting the historic Suffolk area as well as weddings, events and private dining. They are well known in the local area for their high standard of service and are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who will uphold this in everything that they do. The successful applicant will need to be very customer focused with a strong and friendly personality, a good background in dealing with high quality food, and be confident in leading a team, coaching and training staff, and managing this busy business. As Food and Beverage Manager you will: Lead, train and motivate staff Work closely with the management team and Executive Chef Deliver exceptional service at all times Ensure effective communication occurs throughout the team and between all departments The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have at least 2 years'' experience as a Food and Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager role or have experience managing a similar style business.
