You will have around 15-20 direct reports within the park on average dependent on the business levels. You must be experienced in the key operational areas of a customer facing, Large scale FandB business, from within hospitality and catering, and thrive in a busy and exciting environment.ResponsibilitiesAs Food and Beverage Manager, fundimentally You ll need to be strong team manager, hands-on, adaptable and ready for the challenges. The position will require strong leadership skills and you ll need to establish positive working relationships with your staff within the departmentThere is a significant events/ party based aspect to the role and in addition to a large scale restaurant and pop up catering units throughout the parkRequirements: Minimum 3 years direct experience of Food and Beverage management in a large scale customer facing environment.
