to lead and inspire the Kitchen and FandB teams while ensuring top-quality service and operational excellence.The Restaurant regularly serves in excess of 250+ covers for breakfast, with a more limited lunch and dinner.This is a hands on role, where kitchen management experience would be a great advantageSalary / Package:Salary up to £32,000 + 15% annual bonus,32 days holiday40-hour contract,Meals on dutyPark and Ride bus tickets reimbursedDiscounts across the groupKey Responsibilities:Lead, train, and manage the Kitchen and FandB teams.Maintain high food quality and safety standards.Oversee rostering, stock control, and cost management.Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.Act as Duty Manager when required.What You''ll Bring:Previous experience in food service within hospitality or retail.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in IT systems and data interpretation.Passion for delivering top-notch service and driving team success.
