Food and Beverage Manager £40-45K DOE

Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional food, memorable service and outstanding guest experiences? We are working with one of our partners and seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead the dining and events operation at their prestigious golf resort hotel and outlets approximately 10 miles from Dundee. The Role Reporting to the senior hotel leadership team, you will take ownership of all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, clubhouse dining, banqueting and special events. You will lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team and ensure excellent standards, strong commercial results and a warm welcome for every guest. Lead, coach and develop the food and beverage team to deliver consistently excellent service. Oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars, clubhouse service, functions and events. Manage budgets, payroll, stock control, purchasing and departmental performance. Drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction through effective planning and commercial initiatives. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, licensing, cleanliness and compliance. Work closely with the kitchen and events team and wider hotel leadership team. Lead a guest-centric culture, empowering your team to anticipate guest needs, confidently resolve feedback at first point of contact and continuously drive improvements to guest satisfaction.
