They are looking for a strong candidate or someone looking for a first time appointment as an Food and Beverage Manager,andnbsp;you will be reporting directly to the General Manager.andnbsp;This role will play a key part in the hotelandrsquo;s ongoing development as part of an independent hotel group with planned growth across its portfolio.
This opportunity is suitable for an experienced Restaurantandnbsp;Manager or Assistnat Food and Beverageandnbsp;ready to step into a management role.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all Food andamp; Beverage operations within the hotel
Support the General Manager with the overall day-to-day running of the hotel
Act as Duty Manager when required
Maintain service standards in line with a 4-star operation
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Support team scheduling, training, and operational performance
About You
Proven experience in Food andamp; Beverage operations within hospitality
- Proven experience within events such as weddings
Previous experience as aandnbsp;Restaurantandnbsp;Manager orandnbsp;Assistant Food andamp; Beverage Manager
Strong operational, organisational, and communication skills
Experience working within a hotel or similar hospitality environment
A consistent approach to service quality and guest satisfaction
