Food and Beverage Director - 70k We re currently working with a well-regarded Hotel Resort based on Scotland s East Coast, seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Director to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will sit on an Exec comity reporting to the CEO and lead the hospitality operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the hotel, golf and other standalone units With a focus on driving excellence, enhancing guest experience, and maintaining high standards, you''ll be the pivotal figure in shaping the resorts reputation. The successful candidate will manage a talented team, oversee daily operations, and implement strategies that boost sales while maintaining operational efficiency. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong leadership skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
