Hours: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You''ll work 1,950 hours per year which is the equivalent to an average of 37.5 hours per week. Working Pattern: Hidcote is open year-round, with core visitor opening hours typically 10am to 5pm during the main season (March to October) and reduced opening hours during the winter months. Working patterns vary to support seasonal demand, with longer hours and increased weekend working during peak visitor periods, and shorter operating days during the quieter winter season. Typical summer shifts are 9am to 5.30pm, five days per week, with shorter shifts possible in late autumn/winter. Regular weekend and Bank Holiday working is required.
