An incredible opportunity has arisen for a sharp, commercially-minded Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team at one of Scotland''s most prestigious golfing destinations.

Operating under the UK''s largest independent hotel group, this role offers a unique culture where individual development is a priority. We are looking for a leader who can maintain 4-star luxury standards across a diverse multi-outlet operation, including high-volume banqueting and signature dining.

The Role:

  • Operational Leadership: Full oversight of the F&B department, ensuring the team consistently hits 4-star product and service standards.
  • Team Growth: Empowering and coaching staff to handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism.
  • Financial Strategy: Responsibility for weekly/monthly revenue forecasting and managing cost-effective rotas to match hotel demand.
  • Sales Innovation: Driving outlet revenue through creative marketing campaigns and overseeing a busy banqueting calendar.
  • Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation.

What''s required?

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar F&B Management or senior leadership role within a high-standard hotel.
  • Reliability: A "lead-from-the-front" approach-you should be as comfortable with a P&L as you are on the floor during a busy service.
  • Passion: A genuine love for hospitality and a desire to grow within a large, successful hotel group.
  • Skillset: Strong communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to mentor a diverse team.
