An exceptional opportunity for a creative, leadership focussed Food and Beverage Manager.- Overseeing multiple on-site venues to include a 150 cover restaurant, pub service, room service and event catering.
Overseeing a team of up to 14 staff you will be an effective leader with business acumen.
Core duties as follows;
- Develop key operational procedures-
- Train and develop your team
- Staff scheduling
- Contribution-to both bar and restaurant menu content-
- Control costs in line with budgetary-
- Maximise revenue opportunities.
- Monitor and supervise team providing training and encouragement.
People
- Maintain good working relationships-
- Complete all mandatory training on time.
- Attend regular briefing sessions and meetings-
Service
- Ensure our guests receive a friendly and efficient service
- Interact with guests-
- Comply with brand-and department operating standards
