Follow on Job Coach

St John''s College, part of Ambitious about Autism, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Follow-on Job Coach to support graduates from our Supported Internship programmes at Amazon in Crawley and Chartwells at the University of Sussex in Falmer, near Brighton. About the role As a Follow-on Job Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic young people as they move from their Supported Internship into paid employment and take the next steps in their careers. Working with graduates from our programmes at Amazon Crawley and Chartwells at the University of Sussex, you will provide tailored, individual support to help them find employment, settle into new roles and maintain successful, long-term careers. You will work closely with graduates, employers and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities, overcome barriers and ensure that each individual has the right support to thrive in the workplace. Your role will include supporting graduates with job searching, completing applications, preparing for interviews and developing the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.
