A well established commercial print and packaging manufacturer based in Rochester is looking to recruit an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to strengthen their production team.

This isn’t just a standard operator position. They are keen to find someone who has the ability and mindset to potentially progress into a department leadership role over time. The right person will be confident, proactive and capable of helping implement best practice across the department.

The Role

• Operating folder gluer machinery within a busy print environment
• Ensuring consistent high quality output and meeting production targets
• Supporting continuous improvement within the department
• Training and mentoring other team members where required
• Helping streamline processes and improve efficiencies

Shift Pattern

Double day shifts or night shifts available (same pattern as press team):

• Double days: 06:00 – 13:30 / 13:30 – 21:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Night shifts also available

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience operating folder gluers within packaging or commercial print
• Technically capable and quality focused
• Confident personality with leadership potential
• Keen to be part of a long term, growing team

Salary will depend entirely on experience and temperament, with a guide range of ?30,000 – ?45,000 basic for the right individual.
