We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Foaming Operative to join their team. Job Description: As a Foaming Operative, you will be part of a small, fast-paced production team, preparing and gluing foam to specification. You will work from technical drawings, maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, and work both as part of a team and independently when required. Key Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting technical drawings Gluing foam to specification Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Working as part of a small team Working independently when required Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow drawings and instructions Good attention to detail Strong team working skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm Permanent
