Foaming Operative

Engineering @ 365 is recruiting on behalf of our client. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Foaming Operative to join their team.

Job Description:
As a Foaming Operative, you will be part of a small, fast-paced production team, preparing and gluing foam to specification. You will work from technical drawings, maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, and work both as part of a team and independently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Gluing foam to specification
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Working as part of a small team
• Working independently when required
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow drawings and instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Strong team working skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
