      <description>Location: Stafford | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Rubicon Consulting  is currently recruiting for a  FM Transition Manager  on a  6 month Contract,  based in  Stafford (3-4 days per week on site)      Overview   Our Client is seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Transition Manager to lead and oversee the transition between FM service providers within a manufacturing environment. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the transition is delivered in line with agreed contractual terms, with no service disruption.    The successful candidate will act as the client-side lead, bringing strong expertise in complex FM environments and supplier transitions to provide hands-on management, oversight, and assurance throughout the process.
