Interim Director - FM Transformation and Development Surrey (5 days on site) £68.59 per hour / £514.45 per day (Outside IR35)We are supporting a leading NHS Trust to appoint an experienced Interim Director of FM Transformation and Development to lead a critical programme of Property and Facilities Management transformation and support one of the UK''s most significant healthcare infrastructure projects.Reporting directly into the Senior Director within the Directorate, this is a strategic leadership role operating at executive level across the Trust and wider NHS system. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future Property and Facilities Management operating model while supporting the delivery of the Trust''s contribution to the New Hospital Programme (NHP).The RoleYou will lead the strategic transformation of Property and Facilities Management services, ensuring the Trust is prepared to meet future operational requirements and Hospital 2.0 standards.
