FM Reliability Manager

Position: Reliability Manager
Location: London (FM Industry)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
 
We are seeking a Reliability Manager to join a well-established FM service provider, leading on the delivery of reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of facilities. This role is key in driving process efficiency, asset performance, and cost optimisation, while supporting teams in achieving world-class operational standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and support account and divisional teams in executing maintenance and reliability strategies
• Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost control across FM operations
• Facilitate training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, embedding best practice across teams
• Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate project savings into budgets and financial plans
• Review and optimise maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability and uptime
• Provide technical expertise in RCA, FMECA, Six Sigma and other reliability tools

 
Requirements:
 

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a reliability-focused technical or engineering role
• Strong multi-skilled engineering background
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements within FM or engineering environments
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
