FM Project Manager

Our client, a Large National Facilities Management Organisation are currently on the search for dynamic Estates Projects Manager to oversee a number of small and large projects across their client''s large portfolio across Nottingham. 

Experience will ideally, but not essentially, have been gained within the private sector, but should include management of refurbishment and new build projects from cradle to completion.

Broader experience of contract specification and tendering, client and sub contractor relationship management, M&E, quantity surveying and Health and Safety is advantageous.

Our client is a strong advocate and supporter of personal development, so an ambitious individual, looking to take on further training, gain additional skills and qualifications, would be ideal.

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £65,000 per annum.
