FM Operations Manager

NATS is the UK''s leading air navigation service provider, handling over 2.4 million flights each year. We provide air traffic control services from two control centres and at airports around the UK. Purpose of the role To deliver accommodation and associated FM services in line with both business requirements and the NATS Property strategies. To manage the supplier contracts that deliver maintenance, site security, cleaning, catering, and logistics to all NATS sites. To ensure NATS is gaining optimal service performance and value from contracts with FM providers through effective contract management, monitoring, reporting and improvement. To manage the team that interfaces with internal customers, measures compliance and provides an administrative service to the FM and Property organisations. Accountabilities Manages the supplier contracts that delivers accommodation, site security, cleaning, catering, and logistics to all NERL sites, ensuring they are being delivered as per agreed contracts.
