Job Title: FM Operations Manager Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site) Contract: Rolling 3-month contract Rate: 700 per day (umbrella)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced FM Operations Manager to join a Local Council in Bedfordshire on a rolling 3-month contract. This is a pivotal role within our Corporate Landlord model, ensuring that all Council-owned sites are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and aligned with strategic objectives.You will lead multi-disciplinary teams covering Estates, Maintenance, Facilities, and Minor Works, delivering a consistent, high-quality service across the portfolio.
