Portfolio Facilities ManagerLocation: High Holborn, LondonSalary: 60,000- 65,000 per annumContract: PermanentThe OpportunityI''m currently working with a leading residential property operator to recruit a Portfolio Facilities Manager to oversee hard facilities management across a growing portfolio of residential assets.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong technical background in MandE, statutory compliance and contractor management to take on a portfolio-wide role across Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Housing (SFH) developments.You''ll work closely with site teams and senior stakeholders to drive maintenance standards, ensure regulatory compliance and improve the overall performance of buildings across the portfolio. You''ll also play a key role in mobilising new developments, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth transition into operational management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.Monitor MandE contracts and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, health and safety and water hygiene.Manage contractor performance, working alongside procurement and site teams to review service delivery and identify improvements.Oversee CAFM systems, ensuring accurate PPM schedules, inspection records and certification are maintained across the portfolio.Support the ..... full job details .....
