FM Manager

A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team at HMP Long Lartin on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services, ensuring statutory compliance, managing site operations and leading a team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance services. Responsibilities Overseeing the day-to-day management and delivery of Hard FM services across the site. Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently. Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining high health and safety standards. Leading, supporting and developing the on-site engineering and maintenance teams. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works meet required quality standards. Monitoring KPIs, service performance and operational targets. Managing site budgets, costs and financial performance. Conducting site audits, inspections and risk assessments. Requirements Previous experience in a Facilities Manager, Hard FM Manager or similar leadership role. Experience managing engineering teams, subcontractors and maintenance operations. Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Relevant technical or Facilities Management qualification, ideally IWFM Level 3 or equivalent. Experience ..... full job details .....
