Training will be provided however prior experience and knowledge of planning is desired.This role is initially a temp to perm position.Daily responsibilities will include:Duties based around the Planning and Coordination of workflow from the HelpdeskPrioritise numerous PPM''S. Continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant people.Client call handling and creation of faults on the CMMS.Prioritise numerous PPM''S. Continuously monitoring the progress of work whilst communicating any delays to the relevant people.Support on a day to day basis of the CAFM system. In particular, offering Planning and Coordination support to the Team Leaders in the planning office to ensure the effective operation of the planned and reactive maintenance processesResponsible for the day to day monitoring of the CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works) along with the monitoring of associated services data management including reporting and monitoring of all tasks logged on the systemRequirements for the rolePrevious FM experience (worked for a Facilities management company previously)Planning experience (desirable)Proven experience within a similar roleKey terms: Maintenance Planner, Manchester, Maintenance, Facilities ..... full job details .....
