I am looking for a talented individual to join a specialist Facilities & Asset Management Advisory team, who can deliver strategic life cycle costing and whole life carbon advice. You will play a key role in shaping how clients plan, design, and manage their facilities. From supporting strategic business cases to delivering detailed as-built life cycle cost plans
Responsibilities:
- Deliver life cycle cost and carbon projects.
- Support clients in optimising operational costs during design.
- Benchmark and estimate replacement, maintenance, and FM costs.
- Assist with design reviews, value engineering, and soft landings.
- Stay updated on best practices and improve delivery tools.
Required:
- Experience in cost management or construction analysis
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of RIBA stages, NRM3, and building systems
- Ideally familiar with life cycle costing, FM, or carbon assessments
- Degree qualified in QS, FM, Engineering, or similar
