Location: Loanhead | Salary: £25000 - £29000/annum | Type: Permanent | FM Helpdesk Operator Location: Edinburgh, Loanhead Confero Recruitment Group is recruiting an FM Helpdesk Operator on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and organised individual to join a busy Facilities Management team. As the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you will coordinate reactive and planned works, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with SLAs. Key Responsibilities Receive and log maintenance requests. Raise and allocate work orders to engineers and contractors. Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records within the CAFM system. Support the scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works. Escalate urgent issues and ensure timely resolution. Requirements Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or facilities management environment. Experience using CAFM or service management systems. Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
