FM Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to take ownership of a prestigious Hard FM contract with a global facilities management provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead operations, manage client relationships, and drive service excellence on high profile contracs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of hard FM services across the contract

• Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and health & safety obligations

• Lead and motivate engineering/technical teams to achieve high standards

• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and contract reporting

• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring strong relationships and consistent communication

• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value creation within the contract

About You

• Strong background in Hard FM / Engineering services

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar leadership role within FM

• Excellent knowledge of compliance, H&S, and statutory requirements

• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience

• Client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and influence at senior level
