Our FM team helps clients optimise their facilities management services—from aligning FM strategy with the business, through developing operational structures and processes, to procuring the best possible supply chain supported by performance management and benchmarking tools.Responsibilities
A cooperative team member supporting senior team members in the successful delivery of projects.Capable of independently completing tasks, managing time, and working towards project timescales and potentially tight deadlines.Support senior team members in business development activities where required, such as bid writing and developing marketing material.Apply FM industry best practice to all elements of the role.Build strong, professional client relationships and identify and resolve client issues.Analyse information quickly, evaluate options, and make decisions when parameters are unclear.Develop skills and share knowledge within the consulting practice and work across practices where value can be added.Qualifications
ObUnderstanding of competencies including strategic FM reviews, procurement of FM services, benchmarking, contract mobilisation, operational support, and contract management.Experience in writing service specifications, KPIs, and other contract documents; conducting FM design reviews; and understanding Lifecycle and Whole Life Costs.Operational readiness and mobilisation experience is a plus.Education, Qualifications and Experience
Ideally degree qualified or equivalent qualification in a related subject or relevant industry experience.Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).Additional Information
