FM Commercial Coordinator (Service Provider)

Catch 22 are working with a growing Facilities Management service provider delivering hard and soft FM solutions across a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an FM Commercial Coordinator with proven experience working on the service provider side, supporting the commercial delivery of maintenance and remedial works. This role is suited to candidates who have worked within an FM service provider or contractor environment. You must have hands-on experience managing the commercial lifecycle of FM jobs, including quoting, costing, and delivery. The Role You will act as the commercial link between clients, engineers, and subcontractors, taking ownership of jobs from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing. This role combines operations coordination with commercial accountability, ensuring works are delivered on time, within SLA, and at the right margin.
