FM Administrator - Salford

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate or notice period
Salary: -27,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Hours per Week: 37.5



About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a Administrator on behalf of our client in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience within FM or a similar industry. Full training will be provided, but previous experience is highly desirable.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to manage FM-related processes.

  • Support the accounts team with administrative and financial duties.

  • Assist with KPI/SLA performance meetings and reports.

  • Handle quotes and service requests.

  • Raise and manage POs and resolve invoice queries.

  • Use CAFM system to ensure timely closure of PPM and reactive works.

  • Reconcile timesheets and coordinate with payroll and management on any queries.

  • Support Help Desk and Account Managers with day-to-day tasks and contract reviews.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in FM or a similar role (desirable).

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (advantageous).

  • Confident with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Experience with Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar finance/admin systems.

  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
