About the role: As our Fluid Power Trainer, you''ll play a key role in developing the skills and confidence of our workforce, delivering dynamic and engaging training that combines technical theory with hands-on practical application. You''ll lead a variety of classroom, workshop, and on-site training sessions, tailoring your approach to suit learners of all experience levels and helping them build the knowledge and competence needed to excel in their roles. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and HR teams, you''ll identify skills gaps and design training solutions that support both individual development and business performance.
