About the Role
We are seeking a fluent French-speaking Accounts Administrator to support the transition of administrative functions from our French office to our London location. This role will involve handling a variety of administrative and accounting tasks, including processing orders, managing shipments, and supporting financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders and coordinating shipments
- Raising and managing invoices
- Supporting credit control activities
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with general administrative duties
Skills & Requirements
- Fluency in French (essential)
- Previous experience in administration
- Basic accounts experience (including invoicing and bank reconciliation)
- Experience using Sage accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
