About the Role
FLT/Warehouse Operatives are needed in Warrington (WA1) to support a busy manufacturing site, with immediate starts for experienced drivers. This full-time, temporary contract offers £15.06 per hour for days and £18.36 per hour for shifts, with rates increasing after twelve weeks. Working a rotating pattern across 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, you will load and unload vehicles, move stock, manage high-bay storage, supply production lines, and record warehouse transactions using SAP. Successful applicants should hold a valid FLT licence and be comfortable with manual handling. These ongoing roles provide stable, long-term work with excellent pay for reliable operatives.

We are currently recruiting FLT/Warehouse Operatives to support a busy manufacturing operation in Warrington.
These are ongoing long-term opportunities with immediate starts available for experienced FLT drivers who are looking for long-term work with excellent rates of pay, which also increases after 12 weeks.
As the FLT/Warehouse Operative your duties will include;
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Moving stock and materials throughout the site
- High-bay storage and stock put-away.
- Supplying production lines with materials
- Completing warehouse transactions using SAP and handheld systems
- Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
The successful FLT/Warehouse Operative will have the following skills/experience;
- Must hold a Counterbalance & Reach FLT licence (recently expired or in-house would be considered).
- Recent, hands-on Warehouse and FLT operating experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. (this position involves 80% FLT work and 20% Warehouse)
- A reliable, positive and flexible approach to work
- Good IT and numeracy skills
- A strong awareness of Health and Safety
- Must be able to work a 3-shift rotation pattern.
