FLT/Warehouse Operative

Due to company expansion, we are now recruiting for a FLT/warehouse operative to work in a fast paced, modern warehouse to be part of a team completing various warehouse and FLT duties. This is a manual position 80/20 manual work but need to have FLT to assist with loading and unloading etc, as well as picking of orders that are over the manual lifting limit. Job Purpose: To support efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, handling, and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating weekly This role will initially be working in Halesowen, but will move to new site in Bilston in September of 2026. Key Responsibilities: Pick and prepare orders accurately in line with picking lists Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Carry out general warehouse duties including housekeeping and stock checks Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site policies Requirements: Valid MHE licence for Counterbalance or Reach or PPT Previous warehouse or picking experience required.
