Purpose of the Job: -The Shift Production Operator will perform a full range of duties within the production environment, working under the lead and direction of the Shift Team Leader. Dimensions of the Job: The Shift Production Operator will work on a two-shift schedule (Mornings and Afternoons rotating) as rostered by the company. The role involves performing production tasks as directed by the Shift Team Leader. Principal Accountabilities: The Shift Production Operator will be fully competent in completing all production tasks assigned on a daily basis by the Shift Team Leader, including special cleaning and machine clean-down.
