FLT/Yard OperativeShift Times: 3 days per week, 07:00 - 15:30.Pay Rate: £25,500 pro-rataLocation: Northampton, NN6 8BEContract: PermanentAbout the role:Manpower are looking for a motivated Yard Operative / Stock Controller / Fork Truck Driver to join our client''s busy and well-established team. This part-time role (3 days per week, pro-rata) offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment, managing stock and supporting day-to-day yard operations.Key Responsibilities: Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.Pick stock from the yard as required.Wrap and protect materials when necessary.Update stock records on a computer using Microsoft Excel.Report stock levels to the Operations Director.Order materials to maintain appropriate stock levels.Pack stock ready for collection.Coordinate orders and collections with haulage contractors. Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence RequiredForklift certification and experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment.Basic computer skills, particularly Excel.
