Hiregiant are currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join the team in Newton Abbot. You will be working for one of Devon’s leading suppliers and will be part of a friendly atmosphere with a helpful team in a family run company.

Working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 with 3 set breaks. A typical day involves loading and unloading vehicles, this could by hand or using the Counterbalance Forklift truck, so you need to be prepared to do either. You will also be required to complete general warehouse duties, picking, packing while keeping the workspace tidy and safe.

This is a great opportunity for a permanent position working with an excellent company. 

Hours and Pay

• Working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. With a 30 minute lunch and x2 additional 15 minute breaks.
• Pay is £14.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements 

• Previous Warehouse or FLT experience. 
• A valid FLT licence is required, however an inhouse licence can be accepted.
• Able to complete heavy lifting when required. 
• Positive attitude.
• Safety boots and high viz. 
• An understanding of health and safety.
