Key Responsibilities  Lead and promote a strong Health and Safety culture across site operations, ensuring it remains the top priority Deliver and support site inductions covering MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and manual handling for all permanent and agency staff Assist with Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Deliver high-quality technical training to support operational teams using a variety of methods Ensure all training is completed, accurately recorded, and compliant with company policies Develop and maintain a site skills matrix to track operator competence and identify training needs Monitor and manage MHE operator numbers to reduce risk associated with inexperienced or infrequent users Maintain operator competence through refresher traini...</description>
