About the Role
Pertemps Wrexham is seeking experienced FLT Reach Truck Drivers /Case Pickers for night shifts at a well-established logistics site in Warrington. This full-time, temp-to-permanent role runs Friday to Monday, with four 12-hour shifts. Starting pay is £14.85 per hour, rising after 12 weeks to FLT rates of £14.85 on Friday and Monday, and £16.34 on Saturday and Sunday. Candidates need a valid FLT Reach licence and prior Reach truck experience; newly qualified drivers are not suitable. Responsibilities include case picking and truck operations. Paid breaks total 1 hour 30 minutes per shift, worth £92 weekly. Own transport to site and passing a D&A test are required.

Shift: Friday to Monday (4 x 12hrs)
Pay Rates:
- Starting rate: £14.85 per hour (Saturday £15.88)
- After 12 weeks (FLT rate):
- Friday: £14.85
- Saturday: £16.34
- Sunday: £16.34
- Monday: £14.85
What’s on Offer:
- First 12 weeks at case pick rate, then increase to FLT rate
- Paid breaks (1hr 30mins per shift – worth £92 per week)
- Inductions available Tue–Thu next week (day & night options)
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Reach licence
- Previous Reach truck experience (not suitable for newly qualified drivers)
- Able to pass D&A test
- Own transport to site
