FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver - Irlam £14.00 per hour for the first 12 weeks, rising to £15.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week) My client, a well-established distribution company based in Irlam, is seeking a high-calibre FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver to join their warehouse team. This is a long-term opportunity with a pay increase after 12 weeks. Role Overview 10-20% FLT work (Reach and Counterbalance) 80-90% warehouse duties including order picking, packing, loading and unloading Heavy lifting involved Meet and greet assessment on Day 1 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day Key Responsibilities FLT operation - safe and efficient use of Reach and Counterbalance trucks Order picking and packing General warehouse duties including goods in/out Manual handling and heavy lifting Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements Valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences Previous warehouse experience Ability to lift heavy items safely Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet performance expectations Additional Information Only suitable applicants will be contacted Pay increases from £14.00 to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks Full-time, ongoing work with a reputable distribution company ..... full job details .....
