      <description>Location: Blackburn | Salary: &amp;pound;13.50 - &amp;pound;14/hour | Type: Permanent | Proactive Personnel Blackburn are currently looking for FLT Reach and Counterbalance Drivers to start work in Blackburn.   Responsibilities     Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.   Manage materials handling tasks, ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of goods.   Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying deliveries and preparing items for dispatch.   Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.    Skills     Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.   Both Valid CB &amp; Reach licences, cannot accept in-house certificates.   Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).   Strong materials handling skills with the ability to load &amp; unload efficiently.   Good understanding of shipping &amp; receiving procedures.   Basic maths skills for inventory counts and measurements.   Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and prolonged periods on foot.   The hours of work are Monday to Friday 06:00am-14:00pm/ 13:00pm- 21:00pm.  This role is looking to start on Thursday 28th May.
