About the Role

Working as an FLT Reach Driver in Liverpool, you will join a busy Speke warehouse on a full-time, temporary contract paying £14 per hour. Your duties cover safe Reach Truck and Counterbalance operation, plus pallet movement, loading, unloading, picking, packing, and general labour. You will follow strict safety protocols and maintain efficiency throughout each shift. The working pattern runs Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Friday from 08:00 to 13:00, totalling 37 hours weekly. An immediate start is available, with the assignment length currently open-ended. Valid Reach and Counterbalance licences are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Safe operation of Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT equipment
Movement, loading, and unloading of pallets and stock
Supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, and general labour tasks
Maintaining high safety standards and following site procedures
Working efficiently within a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

Valid Reach and Counterbalance licences (in‑date, RTITB OR ITSAAR OR equivalent accredited)
Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
Strong attention to safety and accuracy
Reliability and good work ethic
Ability to start ASAP
