Flt Operative (Strictly No Agencies)

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile experienced FLT driver with warehouse experience to join a leading and well-established flexible packaging company in Normanton. This role operates on a three-week rotating shift schedule, a three-week rotating shift system. 12-hour shift pattern, Days and Nights, 6:00 AM 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM 6:00 AM Week One - 3 Days Week Two - 3 Nights Week Three - 2 days and 2 Nights Main purpose: To ensure manufacturing is supplied with all items of Raw material or W.I.P. in time and to the correct location or machine and to move materials around the site as required Main Duties: Supply each manufacturing machine with the necessary materials as listed on the production plan or as instructed. Remove all packaging before supplying to relevant machines. Move material around the site as required Wrap all finished pallets as per packing specifications. Remove all waste from within the factory and place it in the allocated area. Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles if required Assist other departments in times of high workloads The ideal candidate will have: Good standard education (minimum 3 x GCSEs, Maths and English, or equivalent.)
